We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products which covers manufacturing defects.

Setting up your device is simple! Just connect your iPad via Bluetooth, and you’re all set. Refer to the setup guide included in the package for detailed instructions.

To file a warranty claim, please contact our team at support@astrodreams.ca with your order number, a description of the issue and any photo documentation of the issue. Our team will work with you to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
